After studying and working in the field of architecture and interiors for many years, I now devote all my time to creating ceramics from my studio in Auckland, New Zealand.

The interior of a vessel can be a space to be inhabited and protected, a void to be crossed or a volume to be shared.

​

Familiar forms are subverted by unexpected interventions and fusions to compare introversion and containment with acceptance and connection. These ideas are further emphasised by texture, colour & decoration.
